Birds of a feather...

Rescued this injured peregrine falcon from the middle of the road the other night. Other than being extremely photogenic, he wasn't happy to be caught lol.

Good for you buddy - every chance of recovery & a return to the wild?
I am strongly in favour of common sense, common honesty, and common decency, this makes me forever ineligible for public office.

Yep. Brought her to the wildlife and rehabilitation center. As of today she's doing just fine.

Hello,
Congratulations for this generous action.
Eagles, hawks the same? :)
Few people uses time for this kind of matter (hope good English :D ).
I'm not pretty sure about "peregrine falcon".
Even on young and "brown" birds, there is a "moustache" between eye and neck.

Your bird looks little, too, as a peregrine falcon.
Or big hand?
As usual, it's difficult to handle a peregrine falcon in one hand.
Another specie perhaps.
Merlin (falco colombarius)?
Like Spitfire's engine. :D
This specie hunts little birds even near the roads.

A female one.
Same look....and smaller.

I like all which is flying... :)

Yes you're right this is a Merlin http://merlinwatchmanitoba.ca/styled-4/index.html my apologies for the erroneous peregrine falcon ID.

Why apologies?
This is the only way I have to contribute & help...
I know a little about birds, nothing in modding.
But I'm learning to skin...with Gimp.
