Help please!

I have tried everything I can think of to get this Hurricane MkIIB Trop installed, but it does not even show in the list of aircraft in QMB or FMB.
I am using version 4.12.2m with HSFX 7.0.3.

You simply see to place it at the top of the list of folders within the Mods. you should avoid conflicts with other forgotten installed mods ... ;)

I did place it at the top of my MODS folder. I ran the set up bat. But it does not show in QMB list.
Any other suggestions?

Check your air.ini to see if it's in there.

I think I'm going to give up with this one, as I've run out of ideas. Things I've tried so far:-

Downloaded twice.
Re installed four times, making sure it was at the top.
Tried every option in the set up file.
Replaced my Auto Diff FM HSFX 7 with Auto Diff FM for 4.12.2m.
Bypassed the set up file and installed the options manually.
Installed into JSGME and tried activating through that.

Did I miss something?
Game starts and runs normally, but the Trop Hurricane is not there to select.
