Well done, I'm impressed !
You've learnt a really important step.

I can't do anything this moment but in the meantime you could start on the LOD meshes (Level Of Detail) (LOD's) but it's also good to think of it as level of distance too. If you are starting to model for IL2 is it's important to understand this, Please read this
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Level_of_detail
So simply put , as you get further away from the object in IL2 the object should get less detailed or and the texture should have less pixels. It is not absolutely necessary to do this & to do it will take a lot more time but it will improve the system performance & it's the proper way to create objects for IL2.

We are going to create the LOD's from the house & because the house is a very simple object we don't have to adjust the detail for each LOD mesh.
So you're going to need to make 2 exact copies of the house for the LOD's. This is called cloning.

1. Please Read the wiki link & understand the basic principles of LOD's.
2. Make 2 copies (2 clones) of the house , they must be identical & in the exact same position as the original.
3. Name one of them LOD1 & the other LOD2

Let me know once you've done this

clone is done with the mirror function , then aligning with axis ,saving copies

I will be back here later,

& Will go through next steps then

You should be able to clone without mirror?

This is a big one, im very busy but ive done what i can
please do as much as you can like in the image

Remember that all of the objects must all be in exactly the same position so ... hide objects that you are not using with the Display icon / tool

Re copy / clone, they were saying to Hold the shift key & then move to clone, you really need to find a way to copy / clone without mirroring

Im not certain if this is the IL2 standard for collision objects for static ? but this method works for me.

from the images above i found the clone key under edit and saved to scene 4 copies as per image above , i then took the empty box and made 4 copies with clone and saved into scene folder as illustrated above . I cannot find the hierarchy drop down window you showed . How do you remove the individual textures and save them individually ?
